This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The company is completely disorganized and still operates on an outdated, paper-driven system where records are constantly lost. If you have a Tesla, do NOT go here. They scratched my car window and claimed they did not do it. They wrinkled the entire back tint. It did not even cover to the edge. There are also water marks in my fabric. They do not have a clean room so expect bubbling, hair, dirt and dust to be in…
