Terrible customer service. The company is disorganized, relies on outdated paper systems, and constantly loses records—every visit feels like starting over. There’s zero accountability. Instead of resolving issues, they deflect, push responsibility onto dealerships, and respond with dismissive comments like “Sorry things didn’t go your way” or “All is good.”.

The tinting on my rear windshield has bubbled all over. I just called tint specialist bc the warranty is good as long as the original owner has the vehicle. I was told I would have to contact the tint manufacturer MYSELF to make a warranty claim. Seriously? The manufacturer didn’t apply the tinting. The rest of the windows are great.…
