Ordered Tinting film from this company. I paid extra for signature required as they will not replace stolen/lost packages. They neglected to send it signature required thus essentially stealing the extra fee. Attempted to contact for a refund of funds and have been ghosted. I’ve used window film for auto , residential and commercial applications from this company! They are extremely helpful and easy to deal with, I personally visited the facility to see how day to day operations are handled and it was pretty cool! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will continue using this company!
