Buyer beware. They were great when coming out, particularly Marcie, all the way through install. The awning they installed crapped out and they charged a ridiculous $400 fee JUST to come out and troubleshoot it despite the fact that it's under warranty. No refund if simple solution or credit towards repairs. They discovered that they need to replace the motor…
