Great customer support and care! Mariel S. notified me about behind shipping dates for certain materials and when I received damaged product was able to replace it with another product right away. If there is ever a problem they are always quick to respond and extremely helpful and respectful with any and all concerns/questions. Highly recommend!

I ran into an issue where some of my tint was damaged and discarded by my team before I could get photos, but Mariel was incredibly understanding and helpful. They made sure my front and rear door replacements were processed quickly. Excellent customer service—thanks again, Mariel

Little oopsie at the warehouse and received the wrong size wrap. I promptly contacted customer support and was pleased by Alyssa’s quick and timely responses. She was able to correct my order. A great job from Alyssa L. at customer support!

I notified the company about an issue with my kit that I received. Mariel S was very helpful in resolving the situation and sending me the necessary panels so that we could finish the install of the tint on our vehicle. They were very fast and settling the situation :)

If you’re looking to buy vinyl, go somewhere else! This company sucks. I wanted to test black and white gloss colors for my vehicle so I purchased (2) 1x5 sections and (2) squeegees. A week after the package shipped out it wasn’t tracking anymore, so I reached out to customer service. They were very helpful and re sent a package…
