Doug and his team at Prime Detailing did an incredible job on our minivan. Life with young kids and after the winter season our van needed a deep clean and it came back looking better than brand new. Prices were great and work was excellent…we’ll be back!

Looks like I've found my guy for detailing. I submitted the contact on line and Doug reached out to me within a minute or 2. Came to my shop the next morning ahead of schedule to take care of a work van that needed much attention. Can't wait to have him detail my personal vehicle. Thanks Doug!

Do NOT use this company! I dropped off my vehicle and it had an extra 40 miles on it when the service was complete. I was given the excuse that it had to be taken to Lombard from Bartlett to do the ceramic coating because “the lighting was better”!!? Owner, Doug, did not mention anything about taking it off site…
