Doug and his team at Prime Detailing did an incredible job on our minivan. Life with young kids and after the winter season our van needed a deep clean and it came back looking better than brand new. Prices were great and work was excellent…we’ll be back!

Looks like I've found my guy for detailing. I submitted the contact on line and Doug reached out to me within a minute or 2. Came to my shop the next morning ahead of schedule to take care of a work van that needed much attention. Can't wait to have him detail my personal vehicle. Thanks Doug!

Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! All scratches came out, you can see in…

Do NOT use this company! I dropped off my vehicle and it had an extra 40 miles on it when the service was complete. I was given the excuse that it had to be taken to Lombard from Bartlett to do the ceramic coating because “the lighting was better”!!? Owner, Doug, did not mention anything about taking it off site…

Excellent staff and customer service. They made my car look even better than the day I bought it. Drop off and pick up was stress free and fair pricing. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to others in the area!
