I have bought several things from Independence Audio over the last few years. They have excellent products and provide expert advice and great customer service. Their prices are competitive, and yet you get so much more when you buy from them over a big box store or online. I strongly recommend them.

On a friend's recommendation, I chose to visit. your store. A knowledgeable lady assisted me in my TV selection andpurchase. A delivery and installation date was scheduled. Their skilled employees did a great job. It has been two years with no problems. Highly recommend.

Big shout to Justin Thibault and the employees at Independence Audio & Video. I walked in without an appointment and they took care of my car alarm needs on two trucks today in a timely manner and very affordable. Definitely got me out of a bind.
