As the owner of over a dozen different Porsche's, I'm really disappointed with the dealership's refusal to honor my Porsche's warranty on a repeat issue. Adaptive cruise control would go out of calibration when towing (Cayenne was properly equipped to tow). They reset the issue twice, but didn't fix the problem. Consistent with providing great service and support. Every team member I encounter (sales, service, and support personnel) seem to be genuinely committed to helping current or prospective customers. I honestly worried about pretentiousness when I bought the car, but Louisville Porsche a perfect balance of professionalism and authenticity. Refreshing.

I dropped my car off on the designated day for my 3 year service and I was provided a loaner car for the day. My car also had some minor rim damage on the left front rim, which was repaired to make the rim look like new again. Bluegrass Motorsports/ Louisville Porsche always provides me with excellent customer service.
