When I called I spoke with Charlie and he was so helpful to me and explained everything very well. He got my appointments setup and even changed when I had to call back. I feel like I just spent $80 on a $30 wash. The $80 was for a detail, but come to find out, it lacked detail. They may have been running out of protectant because they skimped on it everywhere, tires, outside plastic, etc. Lots of crumbs left in one cup holder and they didn’t even touch another cup holder full…

Baton Rouge Detailing applied a ceramic coating and detailing on my BMW X5 50i M sport. Bryan and Charlie took really good care of me and my vehicle.
