HP Racing was Founded in 1994 by Jason Grubb, an automotive enthusiast who began messing with cars in his parents driveway at the age of 16. His First location was in Annapolis behind a Honda Dealership, where he reconditioned used cars, and added parts & accessories to them. Later that year he moved the small operation to Glen Burnie MD, where he rented another small building, but now he was in the center of all of the Dealerships and Cars, and he continued to grow the business by adding two employees to the payroll, and more customers to the clientelle.
